Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every brew, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Fellow gear, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please note that coffee beans and custom-engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original Fellow packaging and apply the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
